An extraction unit(21) extracts the telephone number of the external subscriber in the system which receives calls from the internal subscriber of a second system or originates the call to the internal subscriber of the second system by monitoring a relay line. An external subscriber presence control unit(25) confirms the status information of the external subscriber in case the extracted telephone number is not matched with the stored information. The control unit controls the change of the status information.
