摘要： An implantable medical device having a simultaneous attachment mechanism and a method are provided to quickly separate the implantable medical device by making the attachment mechanism in a reversible type and to easily operate the attachment mechanism by an applier. The implantable medical device(2) is composed of a medical implant for executing a treatment function; an attachment mechanism integrated with the implant to attach the implant on the body and provided with at least two fasteners(10) having an expanded position and a non-expanded position; and a unit for moving at least two fasteners from the non-expanded position to the expanded position at the same time. The fasteners move from the expanded position to the non-expanded position at the same time to remove or rearrange the medical device. An applier detachably holds and disposes the implantable medical device in a desirable position and has a locator for operating the attachment mechanism.
