The leading ends of hook-shaped upper parts(111,121) of the first and second holding units make contact on the top of the earth magnet and the lower parts of the first and second holding units are pressed inward so that the hook-shaped upper parts are elastically transformed and pushed outward. The hook-shaped upper parts fix the earth magnet on the base unit by the restoring force that presses the earth magnet.
