    • PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor device, in which a thin semiconductor film, such as a thin amorphous semiconductor film, etc., is formed with tight adhesion on a plastic substrate on the surface of which an oxide electrode film, such as an ITO film, etc., is formed, and to provide a method of manufacturing the device.
