    • PURPOSE: A capsulation method of carbon material into aluminum by using a step method is provided to intensify mechanical strength of aluminum by adding and dissolving aluminum to aluminum which includes encapsulated carbon materials. CONSTITUTION: A capsulation method of carbon material into aluminum by using a step method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture of aluminum and carbon material by mixing aluminum and carbon material; adding aluminum to the aluminum - carbon material mixture; capsulating the carbon material with aluminum; additionally adding aluminum in aluminum which includes encapsulated carbon materials; and dissolving at 500-700 deg. Celsius for 1-3 hours. The carbon material is one or more of graphite, graphite fiber, carbon fiber, carbon nano-fiber, and carbon nano-tube. The carbon material has diameter of 0.4 nano meters-16 micro meters and length of 10 nano meters-10 centimeters.
