    • PURPOSE: A silica nanoparticle, a manufacturing method thereof, a composition coated with silica nanoparticle, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to arbitrarily control the gap of surface corrugation of silica nanoparticle according to polarity of organic solvent and co-solvent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of silica nanoparticle comprises the following steps: a step of mixing organic solvent 0.1 - 250 parts by weight, co-solvent 0.1 - 8 parts by weight, surfactant 1 - 10 parts by weight, and basic material 1 - 10 parts by weight about water 100 parts by weight; a step of mixing silicate 4 - 16 parts by weight with water 100 parts and heating the mixture at 50 - 100°C; and a step of removing the surfactant. The organic solvent is more than one selected from the group of alkane family, alkene family, aromatic family and ether family. The co-solvent is alcohol having higher polarity than the organic solvent. The alcohol is more than one selected from a group of ethanol, isopropanol, n-butanol and n- phentanol.     • PURPOSE: A magnetic nano particle composite, a method of manufacturing thereof, and an oil refinement method thereof are provided to activate a ligand as a functional group, capable of combining with an acid component or a conjugate base of the acid component. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic nano particle composite contains a magnetic nano particle and a ligand, including a functional group, capable of combining with an acid component or a conjugate base of the acid component of oil. The functional group consists of an ammonium group capable of combining with the conjugate base of the acid component. A nitrogen atom of an ammonium ion is combined with a hydrocarbon group. The hydrocarbon group is selected from a group consisting of substituted or non-substituted C8~C20 alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, or an aralkyl group. A replaceable negative ion is combined with the functional group to substitute the conjugate base of the acid component.
