    • An infrared-transmitting large-area shutter is disclosed. The disclosed infrared-transmitting large-area shutter includes: a first contact layer which is formed on a substrate; a plurality of laminations which are formed on the first area of the first contact layer in a two-dimensional array form and each of which includes a lower reflection layer, an active layer, and an upper reflection layer formed on the first contact layer in order, and a second contact layer; a first electrode which is formed on the first contact layer; a plurality of second electrodes each of which is formed on each second contact layer; a first polymer layer which surrounds the side walls of the laminations on the first contact layer and is made of low-permittivity material; and a second polymer layer which covers the second electrodes on the second contact layers. On the substrate, through holes corresponding to the laminations are formed.

    • An image forming element using a conductive polymer, a method of manufacturing the image forming element, and an image forming apparatus using the image forming element are provided to arrange conductive lines on a drum body of an image forming element by using a polymer material, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process. An image forming element includes a drum body(100), a driving circuit, a supporting plate(300), an insulating layer, a conductive polymer layer, and a protection layer. The driving circuit is located inside the drum body and mounted on the supporting plate. The supporting plate penetrates the drum body in the axial direction of the drum body. The insulating layer is formed on the outer face of the drum body. The conductive polymer layer is formed on the insulating layer and includes at least one conductive region and at least one insulating region which are alternately arranged. The protection layer is formed on the conductive polymer layer. The conductive polymer layer and the driving circuit are electrically connected to each other.
