    • PURPOSE: A temperature control device of a portable terminal and a method thereof are provided to control the operation of a module by sensing the inner temperature of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensing unit(130) senses the inner heating temperature of a terminal. Modules include heat sources. A control unit(100) determines a heating state by comparing the output of the temperature sensing unit with a set temperature in a normal operation mode. The control unit controls the modules as a heating restriction mode.
