    • A semiconductor element including buried gates includes a substrate in which active regions are separated by an element separation layer pattern. The active regions have an isolated shape taking a first direction as the longitudinal direction and are arranged in the first direction. The semiconductor element includes buried gate structures, which are prepared inside gate trenches formed on the substrate, have a linear shape extended in a second direction, are placed between upper side walls of the isolated active regions separated from each other in the first direction, and have a width greater than the width of the element separation layer pattern between the active regions separated from each other in the first direction. The semiconductor element includes also includes an impurity region prepared below the substrate surface of the two active regions on both sides of the buried gate structures. The contact formation region of the semiconductor element is widened as the area of the upper surface of the active regions increases.     • The present invention relates to a method for generating a high definition image by using a correction model and a method for generating the correction model in a positron emission tomography. In the method for generating the correction model of a PET detector, provided is a PET correction model generating method including the following steps of: obtaining a signal which is emitted from a point source about each position of the point source during a certain time while changing the position of the point source in the detector; producing at least one parameter which indicates blur information corresponding to each of multiple projection directions in each position by using the obtained signal; and generating a correction model about the detector based on at least one parameter which is produced about each of the positions and projection directions. The present invention is able to generate a more accurate correction model about a PET detector and to generate a high definition image by using the correction model.
