    • PURPOSE: A touch panel transparent conductive film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase touch sensitivity by implementing the consistent sheet resistance in all directions of the transparent conductive film. CONSTITUTION: Silver nano wires(120) are formed in parallel in one direction on a transparent substrate(110) A transparent electrode(130) is formed on the transparent substrate, on which spreads the silver nano wires. The electrode comprises a conductive polymer. If the sheet resistance of the electrode in the X axis direction is greater than that in the Y axis direction, the silver nano wires are formed in parallel to the X axis. If the sheet resistance of the electrode in the Y axis direction is greater than that in the X axis direction, the silver nano wires are formed in parallel to the Y axis.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a touch panel is provided to reduce manufacturing costs or additional equipment for controlling align by exposing a photoresist layer though a single light source. CONSTITUTION: A mesh pattern is formed in a photomask. The photomask is arranged in the upper portion of a first photoresist layer. Using irradiation of light, the first photoresist layer and a second photoresist layer are hardened at the same time. A first and a second opening portion are formed by developing the first and the second photoresist layer. A metal material is formed in the first and the second opening portion. A first and a second metal mesh layer are formed in the transparent substrate(110) by exfoliating the first and the second photoresist layer.

CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer composition comprises: a conductive polymer, a dopant, a solvent, and a thixotropic agent. The thixotropic agent is one selected from a polyvinyl based, a polyether based, a polyacryl based, or a cellulose based derivative thixotropic agent. The conductive polymer is one selected from polythiophene based, polypyrrole based, polyphenylene based, polyaniline based, or polyacetylene based conductive polymer. The conductive film comprises a base element, and a transparent electrode formed by coating and drying the conductive polymer composition on the base material.

    • PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to improve visibility by forming a sensing electrode with a mesh pattern including a combination of a straight pattern and a curve pattern. CONSTITUTION: A sensing electrode(120) is formed of a mesh pattern including a combination of a straight pattern(123) and a curve pattern(125) formed on a transparent substrate. An end of the straight pattern is connected with an end of the curve pattern and the curve pattern has a periodic function shape. The straight pattern is placed in parallel from a side of the transparent substrate to the other side. The curve pattern is placed between straight patterns to separate the straight pattern from the curve pattern and the straight pattern and the curve pattern intersect with each other.
