    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode has low driving voltage, high luminance, high efficiency, and long lifetime by including a buffer layer between a light-emitting layer and an electron transport layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode includes a substrate, a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode, a light emitting layer inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode, an electron transport layer between the light emitting layer and the second electrode, a buffer layer inserted between the light emitting layer and the electron transport layer. The buffer layer includes an amine-based compound represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, each of Ar1 and Ar2 is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-60 heteroaryl group; X1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 arylene group or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-60 heteroarylene group; and m is an integer from 1-5.
