    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize damage to an organic light emitting device in a thin film encapsulation process by efficiently preventing moisture and oxygen from being laterally inputted. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device(70) is formed on a substrate. A first inorganic layer(211) is formed on the substrate and covers the organic light emitting device. An intermediate layer(221,222,223) is located on the first inorganic layer and covers a relatively small area of the organic light emitting device in comparison with the first inorganic layer. A second inorganic layer(212) is formed on the first inorganic layer and the intermediate layer and covers a relatively large area of the organic light emitting device in comparison with the intermediate layer. The edge of the second inorganic layer comes into contact with the first organic layer.
