    • PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing mixture extract of fruit of Xanthium strumarium L., Rhododendorn brachycarpum D. Don var. brachycarpum and Arctium lappa L. is provided to suppress NOS(nitric oxide synthase) and ensure anti-inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains mixture extract of fruit of Xanthium strumarium L., Rhododendorn brachycarpum D. Don var. brachycarpum and Arctium lappa L. The mixture extract is isolated using water, alcohol of C1-C4, hydrous alcohol of C1-C4, glycol of C1-C6, hydrous glycol of C1-C6, ethylacetate, benzene, hexane, diethyl ether, or dichloromethane. The mixture extract is obtained by extracting plants with the solvent, suspending with distilled water, and filtering and concentrating. The cosmetic composition is used for preventing and relieving inflammation or irritation. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of lotion, nutrition lotion, nutrition cream, massage cream, essence or pack.
