    • PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly sealant removal apparatus for a concrete pavement road is provided to completely absorb and remove foreign materials including waste sealant remaining in a joint groove of a concrete pavements road. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly sealant removal apparatus for a concrete pavement road comprises a lower base, a chassis frame(110) which is assembled on the lower base and allowed to move horizontally, a chassis frame horizontal transfer unit which connects the chassis frame and the lower base and control the horizontal movement of the chassis frame, a cutting unit(130) which is installed in a sub frame(114) of the chassis frame and cuts both sides of waste sealant remaining in a joint groove of a concrete pavement road, a guide unit(140) which is extended to the front from the side of the sub frame and moves along the joint groove in which the waste sealant remains, a waste sealant removal unit(150) which is installed on the underside of the lower base to scrape and remove the cut sealant in the joint groove, a grinding unit(160) which uniformly grinds the wall of the sealant-removed joint groove, and a first cleaning unit(170) which absorbs and removes the ground foreign materials.

    • PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly concrete pavement crushing apparatus and method are provided to achieve clean crushed surfaces to be repaired and reduce crushing impacts. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly concrete pavement crushing apparatus comprises a multi-row cutting device(20) and a crushing device(30). The multi-row cutting device grinds pavement to be repaired first to a predetermined depth using the power transmitted from an engine(16). The multi-row cutting device comprises a rotary driving shaft(22) which is connected through a pulley(50) and a belt(52) to the output shaft of the engine and a plurality of cutting blades(26) which are installed at intervals of 6mm with spacers on the rotary driving shaft to cut the pavement to be repaired. The crushing device crushes the cut pavement secondly using the power transmitted form the engine. The crushing device comprises a drum(34) which is connected through a pulley and a belt to the output shaft of the engine and a plurality of bits(32) which are installed at intervals of 6mm in the width and rotational directions of the drum.

    • PURPOSE: An environment-friendly dredger is provided to separate water, sand, gravel etc from sludge and treat them after shoveling sludge in river or lake. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly dredger comprises a spoil separating unit(10), a sludge separation unit(20), a sludge discharging unit(30), a sludge tank(40), a transfer unit(50), a purifying unit(80). The sludge separation unit filters coarse-grained granules from pumped dredged soil and transfers them to drop water and sludge. The coarse-grained granules separated from the spoil separation unit are transferred to a receiving part(60). The purification unit finally purifies water separated from the sludge separation unit.

The EL lamps are buried at regular intervals in the boundary grooves, with the top surface protruding above the boundary grooves. The EL lamp wires are connected to the EL lamps to supply power. The silicon material is filled in the boundary grooves to secure the EL lamps and the EL lamp wires in place and to prevent the infiltration of rainwater. The solar cell modules are installed around the bicycle way to collect and convert the sunlight into electric energy.
