CONSTITUTION: A valve body(11) is composed of an elastic valve body part(12) and an inelastic valve body part(13) and is fixed to a valve shaft(18) passing though a center of the valve body(11) and supported in position to be axially movable. A valve seat(7) is composed of a first valve seat part(14) and a second valve seat part(15). A valve body contact plate(22) capable of contacting the elastic valve body part(12) from the fluid outlet(4) side is supported to the valve shaft(18) to be axially movable. The valve body contact plate(22) comprises an elastic valve body part pressing part(23) for pressing on an outer peripheral part of the elastic valve body part(12) and backflow fluid pressure exerting holes(25) for causing the fluid pressure from the fluid outlet(4) side to be exerted on the elastic valve body part(12). Springs(27) for urging the valve body(11) into contact with the valve seat(7) through the valve body contact plate(22) are interposed between the valve body contact plate(22) and a shaft support part(17) provided on the fluid outlet(4) side.
