摘要： The present invention relates to a chattering prevention device of a tool unit and, more specifically, a chattering prevention device of a tool unit, capable of preventing chattering from being generated by supporting a tool post body and a cross slide by using a hydraulic cylinder and a sensor when a base material is processed. The chattering prevention device of the tool unit includes a cylinder housing penetrating one side of a tool post body; a cylinder straightly moving by being accommodated in the cylinder housing; a pushing plate installed on the front side of the cylinder; a bracket which is installed in a cross slide and to which the pushing plate is attached when the cylinder moves forwards; and a sensor which is installed in the cylinder housing and senses the forward movement of the cylinder.

摘要： PURPOSE: A transfer apparatus for an operation box of a machine tool is provided with strong rigidity as upper and lower rails are diagonally placed. CONSTITUTION: A transfer apparatus for an operation box of a machine tool(10) comprises a frame(20), an upper rail(23), a lower rail(24), a moving unit, a tray unit(40), a cable chain(42), a moving support frame(30), and an operation box. An upper mounting unit(21) is placed at the upper part of the frame. A lower mounting unit(22) is placed more closely the upper mounting unit. The upper and lower rails are respectively installed at the upper and lower mounting units. The moving unit is installed on the upper and lower rails. One side of the cable chain is installed at one side of the tray unit, and the other side is installed at one side of the moving unit. The moving support frame is installed at the moving unit. The operation box is installed at the upper side of the moving support frame.
