    • PURPOSE: A crystalline O-desmethylvenlafaxine hemioxalate is provided to be easily designed to various types, maximize solubility for having chemicophysical property which makes the detecting of toxicity easy, and obtain non-hygroscopic properties. CONSTITUTION: A crystalline O-desmethylvenlafaxine hemioxalate is in the chemical formula 1, and characterized by the X-ray diffraction peak of 13.3, 14.4, 15.9, 19.7, 20.5 22.4 and 26.5 ± 0.2° 2θ. A manufacturing method of the crystalline O-desmethylvenlafaxine hemioxalate comprises a step of reacting O-desmethylvenlafaxine and oxalic acid or hydrate thereof with the molar ratio of 1:0.46-0.6. A compostion for preventing the re-absorption of serotonin-norepinephrine contains crystalline O-desmethylvenlafaxine hemioxalate and pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
