    • PURPOSE: A coating device is provided to easily exchange a sow block unit although a substrate transferring path which is continuously expanded to one direction. CONSTITUTION: A coating device includes a substrate transferring path expanded to one direction, a substrate transferring unit, and a coating unit(4). The substrate transferring unit transfers a substrate along the expanded direction of the substrate transferring path. A sow block unit(42) is detachably installed in the coating unit to face the substrate transferring path. The sow block unit discharges coating liquid. A coating film is formed on the substrate by discharging the coating liquid while the substrate on the substrate transferring path transfers by the substrate transferring unit.

    • The purpose of the present invention is to provide a substrate returning apparatus which can return a substrate by preventing the generation of a dry stain on a coating film on the substrate. The substrate returning apparatus returns a substrate at a state of being lifted while driving a substrate guide by grasping a substrate lifted by ultrasonic vibration with the substrate guide. The substrate guide comprises: a substrate bonding unit which bonds a substrate; and a lifting unit which lifts the substrate bonding unit to a fixed height position from a vibration plate. The lifting unit comprises: an air pad unit having an air discharge unit which discharges air toward the vibration plate; and an air discharge flow path which discharges the air discharged from the air discharge unit. The air discharge flow path is installed between the air discharge unit and the substrate bonded on the substrate bonding unit and discharges air in a gap formed by the air pad unit and the vibration plate toward a higher position than the height of the substrate.
