    • PURPOSE: A rhomboid aramid composition grinding device using centrifugal force is provided to simultaneously solidify, grind, discharge, and fibrillate an aramid composition through centrifugal force, thereby improving manufacturing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A rhomboid aramid composition grinding device (100) using centrifugal force comprises an external grinding portion (110) and an internal grinding portion (120). External blades (112) is formed on a grinding space (111) having a rhomboid shape. A through hole (114) is formed in the center of the upper part of the grinding space. The internal grinding portion is coupled with the grinding space and is connected to a shaft (130) vertically installed through the through hole in order to rotate. An aramid composition supplied to a filling space (121) is discharged through a discharge hole (122) to the grinding space by centrifugal force. After the cutting of the aramid composition, the external blade and internal blades (123) grind the aramid composition. An extraction hole is formed on both sides of the grinding space in order to extract fibrils.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing a meta-aramide composition is provided to increase the content of a meta-aramide solid portion and to obtain a meta-aramide composition usable as the spinning material of fibers or pulp without additional processes. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a meta-aramide composition comprises the steps of: reacting m-phenylene diamine with isophthaloyl chloride in an amide-based solvent; adding calcium hydroxide in order to neutralize hydrochloric acids as the by-products of a polymerization step; adding calcium chloride after a neutralization step; and dehydrating and defoaming the resultant after a calcium chloride addition step. The amide-based solvent is dimethyl acetamide or N-methylpyrrolidone.

    • PURPOSE: A nanofiber nonwoven fabric manufacturing device by an electro spinning and a nanofiber nonwoven fabric are provided to generate nanofiber nonwoven fabric which has uniformity and has a uniformed fiber diameter by applying at least one air chamber. The device includes a nanofiber inducing unit(400), an air chamber(500), a laminator(600). The nanofiber inducing unit induces lowering the collected nanofiber. The air chamber reduces the transferring nanofiber and extending the nanofiber and is located in lower unit of the nanofiber inducing unit. The laminator discharges nanofiber by being installed in one end of the air chamber.
