The present invention comprises: a rotor including a first casing having an axis arrangement unit penetrating a guide hole wherein a rotation axis is inserted and arranged, a second casing having an assembly hole wherein an axis support unit supporting the rotation axis is arranged so as to be assembled with the first casing, and a plurality of interior cutting blades which are assembled with the rotation axis and which are installed with constant intervals in the circumferential direction on outer circumference surface; a plurality of fibril manufacture units which is consisting of a stator fixed to and installed on the exterior of the rotor by having a plurality exterior cutting blades installed with constant intervals in the circumferential direction on inner circumference surface corresponding to the interior cutting blades, and which is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the rotation axis with constant intervals; a driving motor delivering rotational driving force to the rotation axis of any one fibril manufacture unit of the fibril manufacture units; a power control unit which has an operation member reciprocating a connection gear to be interlocked with or separated from a driven gear arranged in the end of the rotation axis of the adjacent or facing fibril manufacture unit so as to transmit the rotational driving force of the rotation axis connected to the driving motor to the other rotation axis.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a meta-aramid-based film is provided to optimize the ratios of a fibrid, a floc and the freeness of the fibrid, thereby improving both the electrical insulation and strength. The laminator discharges nanofiber by being installed in one end of the air chamber.
