    • PURPOSE: A correction method is provided to reduce a process and to improve the working efficiency by simply performing the correction work which corrects the transformation of structures caused by the welding heat in an assembly process by the welding performed when drying a deck and a bulk head of an engine room or a hull head or tail area. CONSTITUTION: The correction method is composed of the steps of:reverse-transforming a plate(10) by heating a gap between durable materials(12) laid on a side of the plate(10) with a specific interval at a temperature of 300 to 500°C in parallel with the durable material; small-assembling the durable material and the plate by welding; middle-assembling several small-assembled structures by welding; large-assembling the several middle-assembled structures by welding; and drying the deck and the BHD in the engine room, the hull head and tail area by finally loading the structures after previously loading the large-assembled structure near the dock.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a side shell block for a ship is provided to reduce working process and working hours, and to cut down expenses by welding an ordinary frame and eliminating seam during assembling. CONSTITUTION: A side shell block(30) has first durable goods(32) and second durable goods(34). First and second durable goods are manufactured according to deformation of a member in welding, and a recessed part(36) is formed in the welding deformation portion of second durable goods. The side shell block is assembled with welding first and second durable goods, and the seam is eliminated. Working hours are reduced with welding the ordinary frame into the member and eliminating the seam. Correction is minimized with designing the side shell block by estimating deformation according to structure before welding.
