    • PURPOSE: An elastic wave device is provided to reduce misalignment of a fractional band width by controlling the fractional band width of a filter by controlling the frequency of a part of resonators. CONSTITUTION: A comb shaped electrodes(3) with a plurality of electrode fingers are formed on a piezoelectric substrate. A reflector(3a,3b) is formed on both sides of the comb shaped electrodes. The piezoelectric substrate is made of LN(LiNbO3) of a rotation Y substrate. The comb shaped electrodes are used for exciting an elastic wave. The comb shaped electrode for input faces the comb shaped electrode for output. An excitation region is an occupied region on the piezoelectric substrate of the space between the electrode fingers of the comb shaped electrode. An SiO2 layer is formed on the comb shaped electrode. A frequency tuning layer(5) is formed on the SiO2 layer.
