    • A method for repairing a pavement and a device thereof are provided to reduce repairing time of the asphalt concrete pavement, and to improve the reliability by promptly hardening an adhesive with a heater in repairing the broken pavement. A pavement repairing device includes a power vehicle moving on a pavement with a generator, an electromagnetic wave generator installed in front of the power vehicle and connected to the generator to radiate electromagnetic waves, and a heater(6) combined with a heating body to radiate infrared rays by heating in supplying power to an operating body(60). A shield layer is formed in the electromagnetic wave generator to prevent the electromagnetic wave from being exposed out of the pavement, and a shield plate(62) is combined with an upper part of the heater to guide infrared rays downward. An adhesive is heated and cured below the ignition point for 10 to 50 minutes with the heater.

CONSTITUTION: A silicone sealant composition for a solar cell and a solar cell module contains the following: 8~40wt% of hydroxy terminated di-methyl-siloxane polymer in which both ends are substituted with hydroxyl radicals; 10~20wt% of di-methyl-siloxane polymer; 4~25wt% of cross-linking agent selected from the group consisting of methyl tris-(ethyl methyl ketoximo)silane, vinyl tris-(ethyl methylketoximo)silane, methyl tri-methoxy silane, and tetra(ethyl methyl kethximo) silane; 15~75wt% of filler; 0.5~5wt% of amino silane; 0.05~0.5wt% of benzotriazole ultraviolet-absorbing agent; and 0.05~0.3wt% of tri-ethylene glycol-bis-3-(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl) propionate antioxidant.

    • An air-tight stopper for the tube opening of a fire wall is provided to realize excellent flame resistance and heat resistance upon a fire accident, and to completely block flame and harmful gases introduced into the tube of a fire wall. An air-tight stopper(10) for the tube opening of a fire wall is obtained by pouring a composition into a mold and heating the composition at 150-200 deg.C for 5-30 minutes, wherein the composition comprises: 3.0-75.88 wt% of organopolysiloxane represented by the formula of RnSiO(4-n)/2 (wherein R is methyl and n is 2.0) and having an average polymerization degree of 1000-5000; 2.0-46.0 wt% of polysiloxane end-capped with hydrogen, represented by the formula of H- {Si(Me)2-O}13Si(Me)2-H, having a molecular weight of 1022 and is prepared under a nitrogen atmosphere; 20-39 wt% of fumed silica; 0.1-0.5 wt% of a flame retardant comprising at least one inorganic flame retardant selected from aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and antimony trioxide; 1.0-5.0 wt% of titanium oxide; 1.0-5.0 wt% of iron oxide; 0.01-1.0 wt% of magnesium stearate; and 0.01-0.5 wt% of platinum.

    • Nano-silver sealant composition comprising petroleum hydrocarbon as a diluent is provided to produce nano-silver sealant with increase of nano-silver particle distribution and improve anti-microbial and anti-fungal abilities as well as adhesiveness of the sealant, thereby appropriately preventing microbial contamination by adding petroleum hydrocarbon to raw materials of the sealant. The composition comprises: 8-40wt.% of polymethylsiloxane; 4-25wt.% of cross-linking agent; 15-75wt.% of filler; 11.99999-20wt.% of petroleum hydrocarbon; 1-2wt.% of aminosilane; and 0.00001-0.1wt.% of nano-silver particles. The cross-linking agent is any one selected from methyloximino silane, vinyloximino silane, methyltrimethoxy silane alone or combination thereof. The filler is any one selected from fumed silica, quartz powder, calcium carbonate powder, precipitated silica and diatomite. The composition is used to manufacture a sealant containing petroleum hydrocarbon as the diluent.
