CONSTITUTION: A power transmission apparatus of a propeller shaft for a vehicle comprises a rotator(100) and a power transmission gear(200). The rotator has a shaft coupling hole(120), in which a propeller shaft is coupled, and is rotated with the propeller shaft. The rotator has a hanging protrusion(130), ball insertion grooves(140), balls(150), and coupling rings(160). The hanging protrusion is formed on rotator body(110) of the rotator. The ball insertion grooves are formed on the outer surface of the rotator body. The balls are inserted into the ball insertion grooves. The coupling rings are coupled to both sides of the rotator body to prevent the inserted balls from being separated from the ball insertion grooves. The power transmission gear has a through hole(220), receiving grooves(230), a hanging hook(240), a separation preventive ring(250), and a support ring(260).
