摘要： A vinyl tube wrapping device is provided to improve productivity by automating vinyl tube wrapping work and to prevent pollution due to an adhesive by using a vinyl tube without a bonded part. A vinyl tube wrapping device includes a tube supply device(100), a tube wrapping device(200), and an air supply device(300). The tube supply device includes a pair of supply rollers(110) and a mouth(120). The pair of supply roller supplies a vinyl tube(1) without a bonded part and is driven by a servo motor(111). The mouth wraps only a front side of a stainless steel pipe(2) with a part of the vinyl tube. The tube wrapping device includes a frame(220), a moving unit, a discharge unit, and an air spraying nozzle(210). The moving unit lifts the stainless steel pipe by being installed on the slant frame. The discharge unit moves the stainless steel pipe to one side by supporting a lower part of the stain less steel pipe. The air spraying nozzle is positioned on a rear side of the frame, forward and backward moves, is inserted into the stainless steel pipe, and sprays air. The air supply device selectively supplies air supplied from a blower(310) to the mouth or the air spraying nozzle.
