摘要： PURPOSE: An agricultural and marine product drier using a hot air stratified ventilation method is provided to dry agricultural and marine products by directly contacting the product with heated air. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural and marine product drier comprises the following steps: a main body(100) including a pair of guide rails(110) for slide-insert a drying product container(500); an inhalation unit(101) installed on the upper side of the main body for inhaling air from the outside; a waste heat recovery duct collecting waste heat from the inside of the drier; a horizontal duct(120) including hot air injecting perforated nets, installed on the bottom of the waste heat recovery duct; heat transfer devices(300,310) installed in between the horizontal duct and a vertical pipe(130); and a ventilation fan(400) flowing heat generated from a heater to the horizontal duct.

본 고안은 직화균등 송풍방식 농수산물 건조기에 대한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 버너에서 가열된 공기를 각각의 송풍휀으로 균등하게 공급한 후 건조기 내부에 장착된 열풍분사 다공집으로 균등 송풍하여 최종적으로 건조물 용기에 놓여 있는 피건조물을 건조시키는 방법으로 이때 상부로 올라오는 더운 공기를 폐열회수장치로 흡수하여 열효율을 극대화시키는 장치이다.
