    • PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing an optical fiber probe by electrochemical discharge machining and a method thereof are provided to precisely adjust the location between a processing tool and an optical fiber probe, thereby effectively controlling the processing depth and the shape of a processed object. CONSTITUTION: An alignment plate(100) can move in a 3 axial direction. A reaction bath(200) is supported by the alignment plate. An electrode is dipped in an electrolyte. The reaction bath includes the electrolyte. A processing tool(410) processes an optical fiber probe by electrochemical discharge machining. A processing tool holder(400) fixes the processing tool. A photographing unit(710) provides image signals of the processing tool and the optical fiber probe.

    • PURPOSE: A two-photon microscope apparatus and a scan method thereof are provided to simply form an optical path by performing scanning in the state where a laser light source unit radiating two-photon microscope laser beam is fixed. CONSTITUTION: A Z-sage(110) performs linear movement in a Z-direction about a base stage. A Y-stage(120) is installed on the Z-stage and performs linear movement in a Y-direction which is at right angle to a progressive direction of the Z-stage. An X-stage(130) is installed on the Y-stage and forms a sample stand in which a sample is fixed. A piezoelectric element actuator straightly moves the Z-stage, the Y-stage, and the X-stage. A gap control unit precisely revises a gap between the piezoelectric element actuator and the stages when mounting the piezoelectric element actuator.
