    • An antioxidant food composition containing Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler powder and sea tangle powder as effective ingredients is provided to use the Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler powder and sea tangle powder as the ingredients of a functional food, especially a natural seasoning. An antioxidant food composition containing Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler powder and sea tangle powder as effective ingredients comprises: 20wt% of Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler powder, 2.2wt% of sea tangle powder, and 77.8wt% of a complex-seasoning base. The complex-seasoning base comprises 53.38wt% of refined salt, 25.71wt% of vegetable base, and 20.91wt% of yeast extract powder, wherein the vegetable base comprises 35.71wt% of onion, 21.43wt% of garlic, 15.72wt% of maltodextrin, and 27.14wt% of refined water. The powder is obtained by performing extraction with a solvent selected from the group consisting of ethanol, butanol, hexane, chloroform, ethylacetate and water, and then volatilizing the solvent to make powder.
