    • The present invention relates to a decompression-recirculation high-speed steaming device and a method for producing ginseng having an increased low-molecular ginsenosides content and, more specifically, to a method for producing the ginseng in which the content of the low-molecular ginsenosides such as Rh2, Rg2, Rg3, and CK is increased by inputting ginseng into the device of the present invention and steaming the inputted ginseng under a decompression condition. When steaming ginseng by using the decompression-recirculation high-speed steaming device of the present invention, an effect of rapidly producing red ginseng by effectively increasing the low-molecular ginsenosides (Rh2, Rg2, Rg3, and CK) contained in ginseng can be obtained and an effect of having a little content of benzopyrene that is a carcinogen by not going through a repetitive steaming step for a long time as in the past. Furthermore, when steaming ginseng by using the device of the present invention, a value of the ginseng can be increased by applying the method to cheap ginseng as a huge morphologic change of ginseng is not generated. Therefore, the decompression-recirculation high-speed steaming device and method for producing ginseng having the increased low-molecular ginsenosides content of the present invention can be usefully applied in not only medicine and medical supplies but also functional food and cosmetics.

    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a functional coffee drink composition including fermented coffee products (coffee beans or by-products) and an extract thereof, and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a functional coffee drink composition including fermented liquid and fermented coffee residual extract, and a functional coffee drink composition manufactured thereby, wherein the fermented liquid is obtained by fermenting unprocessed coffee beans or coffee by-products, which are mostly discarded without being consumed, by using lactobacillus, and the fermented coffee residual extract is obtained by extracting the dried fermented coffee residue besides the fermented liquid, with ethanol. As the manufacturing method of the present invention is able to enhance elution of chlorogenic acid in the coffee through a simple process, the composition of the present invention manufactured through the method contains a large quantity of chlorogenic acid having a lipoperoxide production suppressing effect, cholesterol biosynthesis inhibition effect, an anti-oxidation activity, an anti-inflammatory effect and an anti-cancer effect, enabling the composition to be used as a functional coffee drink composition. Further, the manufacturing method of the present invention utilizes coffee beans, of which the unit price is cheap, or discarded coffee by-products to create novel health materials having functionalities, to provide an eco-friendly effect through the recycling of waste. The Acer okamotoanum Nakai extract treated at a low temperature and an ultrahigh pressure according to the present invention has enhanced storability because the growth of microorganisms contained in the extract is inhibited owing to the conducted ultrahigh pressure process, and reduces the loss and inactivity of useful bio-active substances contained in Acer okamotoanum Nakai, which is induced by a high temperature, owing to the treatment at a low temperature. Also the cosmetic composition comprising the Acer okamotoanum Nakai sap, which is manufactured by the method according to the present invention, as an active ingredient is safe in a long-term usage owing to the used natural materials and has no toxicity and no side effect.
