    • PURPOSE: To respond to a requirement that a structure is easily assembled and abundantly feeds lubricating oil to a ball joint part for smoothing sliding between a ball body and a ball seat in a hermetically sealed compressor having the ball joint. CONSTITUTION: This hermetically sealed compressor is provided with a planar cut part in parallel to a ring in the outside diameter of the ball body of a connecting rod constituting the ball joint, and a groove for inserting the ball body from a crankshaft side end part, or an opened end of a piston, in the ball seat direction. The groove is provided with the ball joint part having the width of the planar cut part of the ball body in a hermetically sealed compression state.

    • PURPOSE: A hermetic type motor-operated compressor is provided to prevent refrigerator oil from leaking from a compressor to refrigerating cycle and to improve heat exchange efficiency of a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A hermetic type motor-operated compressor(1) comprises a compressor mechanism portion(7) provided in an upper portion within a sealed container; a motor(6) connected with the compressor mechanism portion through a crankshaft(8); a sub-bearing provided below the motor and for supporting the crankshaft; and a support portion for supporting the sub-bearing. The hermetic type motor-operated compressor includes a first shielding space(19) shielded with respect to an inner wall of the sealed container between the compressor mechanism portion and motor, and a second shielding space(20) shielded with respect to the inner wall of the sealed container between the motor and support portion. The second shielding space contains a filter for separating oil from refrigerant gas therein, being provided between the motor and support portion. Therefore, leakage of refrigerator oil from a discharge pipe is reduced.

    • PURPOSE: A scroll compressor is provided to improve the productivity by solving a problem in assembling and to prevent a turning scroll from being reduced in lifetime by a supporting structure. CONSTITUTION: A compressor(5) is installed on the upper portion of a closed container(1), an electromotor(2) on the lower portion of the closed container to drive the compressor, and a lubricant(8) on the lowest portion of the container. The compressor is revolved through an Oldham's ring together with the electromotor. Several compression chambers(11) between the turning and fixed scrolls(3,4) are moved to the inner circumference connected with an outlet(13) from the outer circumference connected with an inlet(12). A refrigerant is absorbed into the inlet from a suction conduit(14) extended outside the closed container. The compressed refrigerant is discharged to the container from the outlet, and then circulated in the suction conduit after being fed to a cooling cycle. The cooling cycle is constituted by continuing to perform the action.
