    • PURPOSE: An optical device, an optical signal generating apparatus, and an electrical signal generating apparatus are provided to compensate for intensity change of laser light by including a light intensity control unit. CONSTITUTION: A control signal generating unit(110) outputs a frequency control signal changing a driving current driving a laser light source unit(120). The laser light source unit outputs laser light of an optical frequency according to the frequency control signal. A light intensity control unit(130) outputs the laser light, in which intensity change is controlled generated due to the change of the optical frequency, by compensating for the intensity change of the laser light. The light intensity control unit comprises a phase inversion unit(132), an optical amplification unit(134), a control signal amplification unit(136), and a driver unit(138). A power supply unit(140) outputs a driving current which drives the laser light source unit. A switch unit(150) performs a switching operation for supplying the frequency control signal to the laser light source unit.
