    • PURPOSE: To overcome the problem such that conventionally the shift or distortion of a coil conductive film, when a form-keeping function in a step-absorbing ceramic green sheet layer is deteriorated in producing a laminated ceramic inductor, by sintering a raw laminate formed of the step-absorbing ceramic green sheet on a ceramic green sheet for substantially eliminating a step of an inner coil conductive film. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic paste, containing ceramic powder and organic binder for forming a step-part absorbing ceramic green sheet layer 5, is turned into higher viscosity coefficient by adding a bodying agent. As the bodying agent, plastic beads, which are powdered by chilled crushing, with an average grain size of 0.01 to 3 μm and have a crosslinking structure.
