The bottom 14 of the inner cylinder 12 projects on the opposite side of a sub tank than the flange body 11, and an end of the strut 30 for connecting the sub tank to the flange member 10 is forced into the inner cylinder 12 to the opposite side of the sub tank than the flange body 11. The bottom 17 of the outer cylinder 15 projects on the opposite side of the sub tank 40 than the bottom 14 of the inner cylinder 12. The cylinder part 16 of the outer cylinder 15 continues to the flange body 11, and the bottom 17 of the outer cylinder 15 continues to the bottom 14 of the inner cylinder 12. Four ribs 18 are formed on the outer periphery of the cylinder part 13 of the inner cylinder 12.

The check valve 12, which prevents the fuel in the sub-tank 1 from flowing outside the sub-tank via the throat part 11 is constituted into an approximately perpendicular state when the valve is closed (a state where the check valve 12 closes the feed port 11b).

The rotor core has an axle end with an outer peripheral part formed with a rectifier collar part(57) which is extended in the direction of the rectifier. The coil is wound between the outer peripheral part of the rectifier and the rectifier collar part. Resin material is filled to an end of the armature and the rectifier to form a resin member.
