    • The present invention relates to a power generating device comprising an evaporator (1); a superheater (2) heating a working fluid, discharged from the evaporator, to an overheated state; an inflator (3) driven by the working fluid discharged from the superheater (2); an oil separator (5) for separating lubricating oil (P) mixed with the working fluid discharged from the inflator (3) from the working fluid; a bypass passage (25) for connecting the superheater (2) and the oil separator (5); a bypass valve (26) opening and shutting the bypass passage; and a control means (30) for performing oil discharge control for inducing the lubricating oil (P) at the upper part of the superheater (2) to the oil separator (5). With this composition, the degradation of generating efficiency due to the undercurrent of the lubricating oil at the superheater can be prevented.
