    • PURPOSE: A sintered carbide and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have high hardness, high toughness, and high strength and to prevent grain growth. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a sintered carbide is as follows: a step of mixing and crushing material powder at the same time to manufacture raw material powder (S100); a step of separating a sintered ball and slurry and drying the separated slurry with a spray dryer to manufacture press powder (S200); a step of forming the press powder with hydraulic press to manufacture a formed body (S300); a step of sintering the formed body in a vacuum furnace at 1400°C-1600°C to manufacture a sintered product (S400); and a step of hot isostatic pressing the sintered product (S500).     • The present invention relates to a food packing film and, more specifically, to a multi-layered food packing film which can maintain the food freshness. The food packing film according to the present invention comprises an outer skin layer preventing oxygen-permeability; and an inner skin layer which is contacted with one side of the outer skin layer, has an elastic force, and includes a polyolefin elastomer composition. According to embodiments of the present invention, the freshness of food is maintained for a long time and the marketability of the food can be enhanced. Moreover, the film is contracted according to the shape of food and adhered to the food, thereby removing a space between food and film where air is flowed in; and food deterioration and decay are prevented, thereby enabling an extension of the retention period of food.
