    • The present invention relates to a light emitting bollard which can generate light from inside thereof to be easily recognized at night, be simply detached, and be hardly stolen by a third party. The light emitting bollard comprises: a bollard pole which is made of a light penetrable material and is connected with the ground; and a control unit which is connected with the upper part of the bollard pole. The control unit includes: a photovoltaic panel which is installed in the upper part of the bollard pole; a light detecting sensor which is installed in the upper part of the bollard pole; a rechargeable battery to store electricity generated through the photovoltaic panel; and an LED which is installed in the bollard pole to emit light by using electricity of the rechargeable battery when a quantity of light detected by the light detecting sensor is equal to or less than a predetermined numerical value.

    • PURPOSE: A flange and blade for the composite of a paddy harrow are provided to form a side, which is directly contacted to the ground, with metal and the opposite side with composite material, thereby decreasing the weight of the whole blade. CONSTITUTION: A flange and blade for the composite of a paddy harrow comprise a flange (20), a plate, two or more plate bolt holes and a blade (30). The flange consists of composite materials in the form of a pipe in which the inside is penetrated. The plate is formed in the form of a board having a hole which can be inserted to the outside of the flange. The two or more plate bolt holes are installed at the surroundings around the hole which is inserted to the outside of the flange. The blade includes a bolt hole in a position corresponding to the plate bolt hole when the blade is combined with the plate.
