    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a sheet type food is provided to be able to go on a safe diet as sufficient intakes of essential nutrients are possible with low calories and to use it as ingredients in hamburgers, toasts and sandwiches. CONSTITUTION: Medicinal herb powder is prepared by pulverizing with 400 mesh at 30°C after rapidly freeze drying medicinal herb at -40°C under decompression. Maltitol at 65.5g, agar at 10g, dietary fiber at 9g, butter at 2g, stevioside at 1g are injected in a heating tank, dissolved and gelatinized by agitating for 4 hours. Medicinal herb powder at 12.5 g is injected to the solution and molded into the slice shape through injecting into a casting mold after a second heat treatment at 100°C for 20 minutes. The food is isolated from the casting mold. After the food is rapidly frozen at -10°C, it is packed after cutting in the square slice shape with a thickness of 2-5 millimeter. The medicinal plant is injected in a container with 20 liter of water and medicinal plant extracts are prepared by filtering and extracts after the preparation of heating the medicinal plant at 100°C for 8 hours until the amount becomes 8 liter. Maltitol at 65.5g, agar at 10g, dietary fiber at 9g, butter at 2g, stevioside at 1g is injected in the heating tank and it is dissolved and gelatinized by agitating for 4 hours.
