    • PURPOSE: A food manufacturing method produced in a form similar to a size of a slice of cheese is provided to be used as a substituent product for a topping or a sauce which is placed in a hamburger, a toast or a sandwich. CONSTITUTION: Medicinal plant powder is prepared by pulverizing 400 mesh in 30°C after freeze drying a medicinal plant in a temperature below -40°C under decompression. Starch syrup of 65.5g, starch of 10g, sugar of 7g and butter of 2g are injected in a heating tank and it is dissolved and gelatinized through agitating for 4 hours at 100-120°C. A medicinal plant powder of 15.5g is injected to the solution and molded in a slice shape by injecting in a casting mold after the second heat treatment at 100°C for 20 minutes. Food product is isolated from a casting mold and packed in a slice shape with 2-5 millimeter after rapid freezing at -10°C and sliced. The medicinal plant is injected into a container with 20 liters of water and the medicinal plant extracts is prepared by filtering and extracting after the preparation with heat treatment at 100°C for 8 hours until it becomes 8 liter. After the starch syrup of 65.5 g, starch of 10g, sugar of 7g and butter of 2g is injected in the heating tank; it is dissolved and gelatinized by agitation for 4 hours at 100-120°C. The medicinal extracts of 15.5 g is injected to the solution and molded in the slice shape through injecting into a casting mold after the second heat treatment at 100°C for 20 minutes. After the medical plant powder of 15.5g is injected in the solution and heated at 100°C at 20 minutes, it dispatches to the forming mold and it molds to the slice shape. The medicinal extracts are isolated from the casting mold. After the extracts are rapidly frozen in -10°C, it is packed after cutting in the square slice shape with a thickness of 2-5 millimeter. The medicinal plant comprises a milk vetch root 30kg, an angelica gigas nakai at 800g, a Cnidium at 600g, a Menthae Herba at 800g, pine needles at 500g, Agastachis Herba at 600g and Paeoniae Radix at 700g. The casting mold is transferred with a conveyor being positioned on a conveyor with 2-3 seconds of interval. The food is a slice in a sheet shape composed of a square shape, a triangular shape, a hexagon shape and a star shape.
