The storage container for organic and inorganic metallic compounds comprises: a main body(10) in which the compounds are stored; a cover(20) coupled to the top of the main body and having an inlet(21) and an outlet(22); an introduction tube(30) connected to the inlet for introducing inert gas; a discharge tube(40) connected to the outlet for discharging the inert gas and vaporized compounds; and a sensor section(50) having a level sensor mounted to the bottom of the main body for measuring the amount of a precursor in the container. In the container, an insertion groove having a shape corresponding to the shape of the sensor section is formed inside the bottom of the main body, wherein the insertion groove passes through one side of the main body and permits the sensor section to be inserted and detached in a sliding manner.

    • A method of bubbling a precursor using a precursor storing container is provided to suppress deterioration of the precursor by preventing bubbles or liquid precursor from being discharged to an outlet pipe. A precursor storing container includes a body(10) storing a precursor, a cover(20) engaged to an upper portion of the body, an inlet pipe(30) having an inlet valve(31) transferring an inert gas into a built-in tube to bubble the precursor, an outlet pipe(40) having an outlet valve draining the vaporized precursor and the inert gas. A bubbling process of the precursor is performed in state the precursor storing container is mounted on a deposition apparatus, with the inlet valve and the outlet valve being opened. A stabilizing process of introducing an inert gas into an upper portion of the body is performed before the bubbling process.
