    • PURPOSE: A gypsum tile and a manufacturing method thereof capable of strengthening a surface are provided to have an environment-friendly functionality including a humidity control, a VOC absorption, and a deodorization etc. by finishing the exterior and interior wall by using a gypsum tile including a reinforcing layer. CONSTITUTION: A gypsum tile(100) in which a surface is reinforced includes a gypsum base material layer(120); a printing layer(130) equipped in the upper surface of the gypsum base material layer; and a surface reinforcing layer(140) covering the printing layer. The manufacturing method of the gypsum tile includes a step for preparing a gypsum slurry for forming the gypsum base material layer; a step for solidifying the gypsum slurry by pouring the gypsum slurry to a mold having a desired shape; a step for separating the solidified gypsum slurry from the mold and drying as the gypsum base material layer; and a step for forming the surface reinforcing layer on the upper surface of the gypsum tile in which the printing process is finished.
