    • PURPOSE: A biochip and a process for producing the same are provided, thereby increasing thermostability of the biochip, so that stability, sensitivity and efficiency of the hybridization test using the biochip can be improved. CONSTITUTION: A process for producing a biochip comprises the steps of: adding 1 to 5%(w/v) of glycidylmethacrylate into a mixed solution of acrylamide and dihydroxyethylenebisacrylamide and mixing them; polymerization reacting the mixed solution on the solid surface to prepare a gel pad; and covalently bonding amine-containing biomolecules to the surface of the gel pad, wherein the mixed solution consists of acrylamide and dihydroxyethylenebisacrylamide in a ratio of 90 to 99.9:0.1 to 10(w/v); and the biomolecule is selected from DNA, RNA, protein, peptide and antibody.

    • PURPOSE: A method for identifying a car using oligonucleotides and an oligonucleotide marker used therein are provided, thereby easily identifying a car by sequencing oligonucleotides contained in paint pieces of the car. CONSTITUTION: An oligonucleotide marker for identifying a car consists of an oligonucleotide coupled with a phase transfer agent(PTA), wherein the oligonucleotide contains the coding sequence and the primer sequence for polymerase chain reaction(PCR) positioned in its both ends; and the coding sequence consists of 10 to 50 base pairs. A method for labeling a car with the oligonucleotide comprises the steps of: (1) coupling the phase transfer agent(PTA) with the oligonucleotide having the coding sequence in an organic solvent; (2) binding a reaction-blocking protecting group with the PTA-coupled oligonucleotide; adding the oligonucleotide into a coating material for car; and (4) coating the car with the car coating material. a method for identifying a car using the oligonucleotide comprises the steps of: (1) extracting the oligonucleotide marker from samples of a car; (2) removing a reaction-blocking protecting group from the oligonucleotide marker; (3) sequencing the oligonucleotide; and (4) identifying the car using the oligonucleotide sequence.
