    • 본발명은섬유의탄성및 자외선차단능을향상시킬수 있는섬유가공제의제조방법, 이에의해제조된섬유가공제및 이섬유가공제로처리된섬유성기재에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜(polytetramethylene glycol, PTMG) 20 내지 40 mol%, 폴리디메틸실록산(polydimethylsiloxane, PDMS) 5 내지 20 mol% 및니트로소디에탄올아민(N-nitrosodiethanolamine, NDEA) 40 내지 60 mol%로포함하는폴리올혼합물을 70 내지 120℃로가열하는 1 단계; 상기 1단계의폴리올혼합물과이소포론디이소시아네이트(isophorone diisocyanate, IPDI)를 1:1 내지 1.2의몰비로혼합하고촉매를첨가하고온도를 40℃로낮추어경화시키는 2 단계; 40℃에서중화제를첨가하여중화시키는 3 단계; 및수분산시키는 4 단계를포함하는제조방법으로제조된폴리우레탄계에멀젼조성물에, 벤조페논형비닐단량체(vinyl monomer) 및부틸아크릴레이트(butyl acrylate)를포함하는자외선흡수제를첨가하는것을특징으로하는자외선차단능을갖는섬유가공제의제조방법, 이에의해제조된섬유가공제및 그섬유가공제로처리된섬유성기재에관한것이다.

    • PURPOSE: A complex-finishing machine for digital textile printing is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by treating a steaming process, a rinsing process, and a drying process with one device. CONSTITUTION: A complex-finishing machine for digital textile printing(100) comprises a tank(101), a steaming unit(110), a rinsing unit, and a drying unit. The tank has an inner space(P) and a door(101b). One or more textile rolls(10) are arranged in the inner space. The steaming unit has a vacuum pump(111) and a first heater(112). The vacuum pump switches the inside of the tank to a vacuum condition. The first heater vaporizes fluid of the tank. And the steaming unit permeates the steam into a fabric. The rinsing unit rinses the fabric by circulating the fluid of the tank by a circulation pump. The drying unit has a fan, a water separator, and a second heater. The fan circulates the fluid of the tank. The drying unit dries the fabric by air heated by the second heater.

    • PURPOSE: A dryer for digital textile printing is provided to prevent ink from being spread by drying the printed ink during printing. CONSTITUTION: A dryer for digital textile printing(100) comprises a heating part(110) a winding part(120), and a frame part(130). The heating part has a heating plate(111). One surface of a fabric progressed in one direction is contacted with the heating plate. The heating part dries the fabric by the heating plate. The winding part has a winding roll(121) and a motor member(122). The winding roll winds the dried fabric through the heating plate. The motor member rotates the winding roll in one direction. The frame part comprises a first frame(131) and a second frame(132). The first frame supports the heating plate, and the second frame horizontally supports the winding roll.
