CONSTITUTION: A solvent for removing adhesives from a belt of a screen printing machine comprises a mixture of mineral oil and triethylene glycol monobutyl ester as a main material of a solvent for removing adhesives; and polyethylene glycol lauryl ether as a surfactant. The mineral oil and triethylene glycol monobutyl ester are respectively used in the amount of 40~50 weight%. The used amount of the polyethyleneglycol laurylether is 10~20 weight%.

CONSTITUTION: A discharging promoting composition includes a fiber bulking agent, a dissolution agent of a para-phenylphenol, and a surfactant. The fiber bulking agent includes 25 ~ 35 weight% of para-phenylphenol. The dissolution agent of the para-phenylphenol of 25 ~ 35 weight% is included in the composition. The composition includes the surfactant of 30 ~ 50 weight%. The dissolution agent is dimethyl sulfuroxide. The surfactant is one or more selected from a group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol tridecyl ether and their mixture.

    • The present invention relates to a reactive deodorant composition including beta-cyclodextrin, which is manufactured by the following steps of making solution (1) in which 2-[(3-aminophenyl) sulphonyl] hydrogen sulphate is dissolved in water, and the pH of 2-[(3-aminophenyl) sulphonyl] hydrogen sulphate is adjusted using an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate (Na^2CO^3) and the dissolved 2-[(3-aminophenyl) sulphonyl] hydrogen sulphate is cooled between 0 and 5°C; mixing solution (1) with solution (2) prepared by dissolving cyanuric chloride in acetone, wherein the pH of solution (2) is adjusted by adding 20% NaHCO^3 solution between 0 and 5°C; mixing beta-cyclodextrin with a mixture of solution (1) and solution (2), wherein the pH of a mixture with beta-cyclodextrin is adjusted by adding 20% NaHCO^3; mixing the beta-cyclodextrin with the mixture; extracting products by adding NaCl when there is no change of pH; filtering the products; and drying the same in a vacuum state.

    • 본 발명은 발염제 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의해 제조된 새로운 발염제에 관한 것으로서, a) 폴리 옥시에틸렌 글리콜(poly oxyethylene glycol)을 75 ~ 85℃로 승온시키는 단계; (b) 상기 승온된 폴리 옥시에틸렌 글리콜에 시트르산(citric acid) 또는 말레인산(maleic acid)를 부가하고 용해될 때까지 75 ~ 85℃를 유지하는 단계; (c) 상기 (b)단계 결과물에 디시안디아마이드(dicyandiamide) 또는 멜라민(melamine)을 부가하고 용해될 때까지 55 ~ 65℃를 유지하는 단계; (d) 상기 (c)단계 결과물에 염화제1석을 부가하고 용해될 때까지 40 ~ 50℃를 유지하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 (d)단계 결과물에 트리에탄올아민(triethanolamine), 트리클로로벤젠(triclorobenzen) 및 형광 광택제(fluorescent brightener)를 부가하여 용해시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법 및 염화제1석 50중량%; 디시안디아마이드 또는 멜라민 12중량%; 폴리 옥시에틸렌 글리콜 8중량%; 트리에탄올아민 8중량%; 트리클로로벤젠 5중량%; 시트르산 또는 말레인산 16.5중량%; 및 형광 광택제 0.5중량% 포함하는 발염제를 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따르면 장기간 보관하여도 결석이 발생하거나 발염력의 저하 현상이 없으며 종래 발염제보다 염화제1석의 농도가 2배이어서 사용이 간편하고 보관 및 운송이 편리한 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 발염제를 사용한 결과 발염 백도가 기존의 발염제에 비하여 그레이 스케일(grey scale) 1급 정도 향상되고 발염 부분의 일광견뢰도가 1급 이상 향상되는 효과가 나타났다.

CONSTITUTION: A dry modification method of a diacetate fiber for textile printing with an acid dye comprises: a step of inputting the diacetate fiber into a tentering machine using water containing a seleno element of chemical formula 1 for padding and pretreating; and a step of drying with hot wind at 120 deg.C. for 3 minutes or less. The concentration of the seleno element is 10%-16%. The pretreatment is performed by adding a solubilizer of chemical formula 2. A textile printing method comprises: a step of inputting the diacetate fiber into a tentering machine using water containing a seleno element and pretreating; a step of drying with hot wind; a step of printing a textile using the acid dye; a step of drying the printed diacetate fiber; a step of steaming, washing, and drying the diacetate fiber.
