CONSTITUTION: A vegetable dehydrator(1) comprises a main body(10), vertical frame(30), lifting unit(40), lid(50), and rotating unit. The main body is opened upward. A drain hole(12) is located on one side of the main body. The vertical frame is located outside the main body. The lifting unit is positioned on one side of the vertical frame. The lifting unit lifts a dehydrating bath(20) within or outside the main body while moving along the vertical frame. The lid is positioned in the upper part of the lifting unit. The lid opens/closes the dehydrating bath entering the lifting unit. The lid includes an impact absorber(56) for preventing the lid from opening caused by the vibration generated when the dehydrating bath rotates. The rotating unit is arranged on one side of the main body. The rotating unit rotates the dehydrating bath entering into the main body so as to drain the vegetables dry.

The tub whose top is opened has an inlet(12) through which washing water is putted on the one side and an outlet(14) through which the washing water is discharged on the other side. The bubble generator includes a bubble generating pump, a plurality of bubble holes(25), and one or more bubble pipes(24). The bubble generating pump is located on the external of the tub. The bubble holes generate bubbles with the help of pneumatic pressure generated by the bubble generating pump. The bubble pipe is located at the bottom of the tub. The vertical frame is located on one side of the tub. The lifting unit is positioned on the one side of the vertical frame. While a basket(2) is sunk in the washing water, the lifting unit moves the basket up and down within the washing water so that the vegetables are washed and cleaned. The lifting unit comprises a lifting frame(42), supporter(44), transferring conveyor(46), cylinder(48), and sensor.
