    • PURPOSE: A mechanical face seal is provided to maintain the excellent oblateness at a high pressure and to uniformly distribute the contact force to a seal ring and a face ring by adding a taper cut and an inner cut. CONSTITUTION: A taper cut(22a) to be faced to a face ring(21) at a certain angle is formed in the inner face of a seal ring(22) in a stator. The seal ring is faced to the face ring. An inner cut(22b) is formed inside the seal ring to maintain the oblateness of a sealed face at a high pressure by reducing the force to the face ring through the seal ring and reducing the thermal transformation at the high pressure. Thereby, the sealing is performed effectively.
    • 目的:提供机械面密封件,以保持高压下的优良扁平度,并通过添加锥形切口和内切口将接触力均匀分布到密封环和面环。 构成:在定子的密封环(22)的内表面上形成有以一定角度面对面环(21)的锥形切口(22a)。 密封环面对面环。 在密封环的内侧形成有内切口22b,通过减小密封环对面环的力,减少高压下的热变形,使密封面的扁平状态保持在高压状态。 从而有效地进行密封。
