    • The present invention relates to a rapid hardening cement concrete composition for a boundary block, a method for producing a patterned boundary block using same, and a patterned boundary block produced by same. The composition comprises: a special admixture of 0.01-15 wt%, a rapid hardening cement binder of 10-35 wt%, a fine aggregate of 15-50 wt%, a coarse aggregate of 20-60 wt%, and water of 0.1-15 wt%. The special admixture comprises: a polyethylene vinyl acetate resin of 40-98 wt%, a polymethyl methacrylate resin of 0.1-30 wt%, a polyvinyl acetate-vinyl versatate resin of 0.1-20 wt%, a polystyrene-butyl acrylate resin of 0.01-20 wt%, and starch of 0.01-20 wt%. By means of the present invention, the special admixture mixed with the composition can reduce a water-cement ratio, can improve the leveling, workability, ductility, flexural strength, bonding strength, durability, and retentivity of the composition, and can prevent cracks. Industrial wastes can be recycled to be used as the rapid hardening cement binder so that the composition is useful in terms of recycling. The water-cement ratio is effectively reduced even when a small amount of the special admixture is added, so that the composition can effectively express a higher strength and a better durability than existing cement concrete compositions.

    • PURPOSE: A cement based rapid-hardening adhesive for attaching an autoclave lightweight concrete (ALC) panel of a reinforcing mesh is provided to offer rapid hardening property, high initial strength, high adhesive strength, and low absorption rate after hardening by containing a rapid-hardening inorganic binding material, a polymer, an organic moisturizing agent, and a porous material. CONSTITUTION: A cement based rapid-hardening adhesive for attaching an ALC panel of a reinforcing mesh contains 100 parts by weight of rapid-hardening inorganic binding material, 5-10 parts by weight of hydrophobic revival state powder terpolymer or acrylic liquid polymer, 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of cellulose based and/or starch based organic moisturizing agent, and 0.1-5.0 parts by weight of porous material. The rapid-hardening inorganic binding material contains 20-50 wt% of white or regular cement,, 20-50 wt% of alumina cement or calcium sulfo aluminate (CSA) cement, and 10-30 wt% of anhydrous gypsum, hemihydrates, or chemical gypsum. The porous material is selected from attapulgite, bentonite, cellulose fibers, perlite, or hollow lightweight material.
