The lateral part water pipe is arranged between front and rear water pipes. A plurality of bank water pipes is installed in the second combustion chamber to face toward the boiler. A plurality of water pipes is combined between the steam drum and water drum in the boiler.

The removing efficiency of sulfur oxides and hydrogen chloride is maximized by improving the mixing efficiency of the acid gas and the reaction agents. The amount of the reaction agents is remarkably reduced. Maintenance costs can be reduced by reducing the costs of the reaction agents. The operation efficiency can be improved by preventing a solid body from being stuck to the wall surface of the body.
