본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 높은 곳에 올라가서 수문의 개폐를 조작하지 않고 별도 설비된 격실에서 수문이 움직이는 것을 보면서 전동 또는 수동으로 작동할 수 있도록 구성함으로써 전동식으로 구동될 경우에도 정전이나 장치의 고장이 일어날 상황을 고려하여 수동으로 작동할 수 있다.

The adulteration remover is formed on a side of the inlet of the purifier tank and comprises a frame(110) to filter impurities included in the fluid. The rotation unit rotates the frame. The screen filter member is temporarily mounted inside the purifier tank to filter impurities while the frame is rotated and located at an outside of the purifier tank.

The main screen is installed inside the body, and filters flowing impurities. The auxiliary screen is installed at the bottom of the flow path block, and filters the impurities passing between the lower side of the body and the bottom of the flow path block. The brackets connect both sides of the body and the sides of the auxiliary screen respectively corresponding to the both sides of the body in order to integrate the body and the auxiliary screen.
