    • PURPOSE: A coffee roaster capable of easily installing in a narrow space, and a roasting process controlling method thereof are provided to uniformly roast large amount of coffee beans. CONSTITUTION: A coffee roaster comprises the following: a cylindrical chamber(120) including plural through-holes and an outlet on the bottom, a cylindrical side wall(122), an inclined plate(124), and a cover(126) for storing raw coffee beans; a coffee bean inlet opening/closing unit(172) opening and closing a coffee bean inlet; a roasted coffee bean outlet opening/closing unit opening and closing the outlet; a vertical shaft rotation wing stirrer(130) installed inside the chamber for stirring the raw coffee beans; a heater(164) installed on a cover for heating the raw coffee beans; a cyclone discharging unit installed on the bottom of the chamber for sucking air from the inside of the chamber through the through-holes; and a temperature sensor installed inside the chamber for detecting the temperature of the chamber and the coffee beans.

    • PURPOSE: A grain roaster having minimized installation space, and a roasting controlling method thereof are provided to uniformly roast massive amount of grains. CONSTITUTION: A grain roaster comprises the following: a chamber(120) including a dish shaped bottom plate having plural through-holes, and a cylindrical side wall(122) extended toward the upper side from the edge of the bottom plate; a grain outlet formed on the edge part of an inclined surface(124) and the bottom surface of the chamber; a rotary shaft installed on the central line of the chamber; a rotation wing fixed to the rotary shaft for pushing grains gathered around the central flat surface toward the inclined surface; a guide wing with one end fixed to the side wall, guiding the grains toward the center of the chamber, including more than one spiral wing plate; a space unit installed in between the bottom of the chamber and a shell hopper(180); and a vertical shaft rotatably installed in between the center of the bottom plate and the center of a chamber cover.
