    • The present invention relates to a multi-frequency public antenna and a portable terminal capable of being miniaturized, small hardening, and saving space for storage; comprising a resonance circuit in a middle part of an antenna; removing the resonance circuit of a communication device; and easily simplifying the structure. The multi-frequency public antenna is installed in an antenna element unit. The multi-frequency public antenna comprises an upper connector, a lower connector, a bobbin, an insulation material, and a coil. The upper connector applies an electric current to the antenna element unit. The lower connector is installed in a current supply unit and applies the electric current to the current supply unit. The bobbin is protruded from the lower connector by applying the electric current to the upper connector. The insulation material insulates the lower connector and the bobbin in an insulation point of the lower connector and the bobbin. The coil is helically wound in the bobbin. The coil comprises an insulation coating of which an end unit of one side is electrically connected to the upper connector and an end unit of the other side is electrically connected to the lower connector.

    • An automatic customer recognition system using a low RF and its method are provided to improve a customer service by modifying a type and a size of a low RF tag and transmitting customer information to a manager in a real-time period. A low RF tag driver(11) generates continuously particular low frequency signals to operate a low RF tag(12). The low RF tag is automatically operated according to the signals of the low RF tag driver to generate proper ID information as a low frequency signal. A low RF reader(13) senses a particular frequency signal generated from the low RF tag and transmits integrated synthetic information of the ID information and position information thereof. A management server(14) receives the ID information and position information to process the corresponding customer information, and transmits the processed customer information and customer analysis data to a manager or a corresponding person. A database server(15) is formed to store customer ID, the customer information, the customer analysis data, and the information related to installation places of the low RF tag driver and the low RF reader. A manager computer(16) receives the customer information from the management server and reports the customer information to the manager.
